for more than thirteen years
In litigation and legal advisory work, across Egypt and Saudi Arabia
I began practising law in Egypt in 2013, appearing before civil, criminal, administrative and labour courts until my admission at appeal level. In 2022 I moved to Saudi Arabia as a legal consultant, first in the legal department of a commercial group and then with law and legal consultancy firms.
My method is the same in every file: separate what the documents prove from what is merely claimed, identify who carries the burden of proof and where the weakness lies, then build the defence on the statutory provision that governs the facts. With this method I prepare pleadings, memoranda and appeals before the General, Commercial, Labour and Criminal Courts and the Board of Grievances, up to cassation petitions before the High Administrative Court.

How I handle your file
Four fixed stages every file goes through before it reaches the court or the other party.
- 01
Study the file
Read every document, judgment and record in full, set the facts in order, and fix the procedural stage and statutory deadlines.
- 02
Weigh the evidence
Separate what is proven from what is claimed, identify who bears the burden of proof, and what each piece of evidence does and does not prove.
- 03
Build the argument
Keep only the defences that change the outcome, and tie each one to the statutory provision and legal maxim that governs it.
- 04
Draft and follow up
Draft the pleading, memorandum or contract in precise legal language, and follow the file through the litigation platforms until judgment and enforcement.
Posts, judgments and memoranda
Readings in Saudi legislation with the official text of each article, and selected judgments and memoranda with all party details removed. The library is published in Arabic.
